Industry Veteran Michael Schall to Lead Innovative Manufacturer of Shelf Stable Purified Ice through Next Phase of Aggressive Growth

aquaICE, LLC, the leading producer and marketer of patented, purified, shelf stable ice, announced today that it has closed a seven figure capital funding raise to support marketing and strategic partnership initiatives. The funds were secured from investors via private placement. They will be used as a platform for a nation-wide rollout of the company’s original aquaICE™, Natural Lemon Essence aquaICE™, and Natural Lime Essence aquaICE™ products throughout the United States.

In addition to the funding, the company also announced the appointment of Michael Schall as president and CEO. Schall is a veteran of the food industry and has served as CEO of Guiltless Gourmet, creators of the industry’s first baked tortilla chip and CEO and President of the B. Manischewitz Co., the nation’s premier marketer of ethnic and kosher foods.
